Our traditional Halloween Breakfast...sometimes I debate doing it or sometimes I almost forget but I think it is good to keep with a few little traditions.
Reading stories together
Making our clay elephants- or maybe we are just playing with clay that someone brought home from one of their co-op classes.
We made spider hats in preschool. We were learning about having an open first syllable. Below is a picture of the path. It is fun to see how it changes over time. I am writing this two years later and it's changed a lot...there is an arch as you enter, there is a pond and we just put in the slide, but even then I think it look pretty good.
Grandpa and Grandma Shurtz' home. Michael felt as though we should go visit so we made the trip during our fall break. We visited them and also went to visit Uncle Austen and Uncle Nathaniel.
Having fun at Uncle Austen's farm. We all really enjoyed being there and with Nathaniel and Jeanine and family.
Nature study painting butterflies.
Maebryn already to go to co-op and her preschool class that she sometimes will go to. She fell down one day when I thought the stroller wheels were locked, I had my hands full of mail, so went inside to put the mail down and then had planned to come back out for Maebryn but the stroller went rolling down the driveway and she crashed. Luckily that was the only real sore she came out with.
This year in Preschool, since it really is a second grade program, I decided to do book reports. It is fun having the kids read to the class or tell us about the book that they read.
New Autumn Tara clothes for these two girls.
Maebryn's thrid birthday. What a joy she is to have around. When she was a baby I often sung to her, "You are my sunshine" she really is our little sunshine.
The boys were in golf class this semester of school so when they were at golf we hurried over to the Fort Worth zoo. We had a great time seeing the animals. This tiger was right by the glass, the other animal we enjoyed was the baby gorilla.
Our sweet three year old and birthday girl
Special purses from Aunt Tara. She really does spoil my girls. They love all of their Tara things.
Benson's 10th birthday. He's into the two digits!
They had a build activity at Home Depot that I thought would be fun to do on his birthday.
co-op classes again. :)
