September (25)

Working on puzzles one Sunday afternoon. It had been a while since my kids done any puzzles so it was fun to see them working on a couple together.

Friday school- The kids have really enjoyed Friday school. It is a day where they get to pick a number of electives to do. They often do art, equestrian, sports, legos, cooking, ect. Above is an art top craft. Below are pictures from my first day teaching sewing. We worked on bags.

Girls night in. Twice a year the boys go to a sports game and we have a girls night together. In the fall it is football and in the Spring they go to a basketball game. We went and got food at Rosa's Cafe and then watched a movie together. We always watch a musical. We always enjoy our girls night.

Below is a picture from Maebryn in cooking class and above are playdough creations the girls made one day.

Sunday afternoon on fast Sunday's we go up to the swings to have our own testimony meeting.

Finishing up the slide and Maebryn sleeping in her bed at night.

Both of these pictures were taken at night, below was getting bathed and brushing through their hair and then above the girls saying their prayers at night before they got into bed.

1st day of school. This is a picture of Maebryn just as I dropped her off at preschool for the first day. She seems to love it. I love that she is just at the house right by me and I get to visit her during my lunch each day. Below are all of the first day of school pictures. It was early in the morning as Michael and I leave for seminary at 6:15 so I had to take these before that...I almost wish I remembered to take some after school. (Benson looks sad, which might have been true, he hasn't been the biggest fan of starting school.)

Evan and Alden were doing something, I think I did end up getting Evan's picture but I never did get one of Alden. For him it is a little bit different as he is a teacher this year but he is also doing school with BYU-I. I think it will be an exciting, full and good year.
