April (23)

Banana Ice Cream
I love these flowers, the Indian paintbrush. I love the color of orange/ pink/ red that they make and the beauty they provide. Its always neat to see them growing by the roadside or up in our meadow.

Painting in preschool. This must have been a rainy day as we are working in our nature journals but we aren't outside. We must have brought them inside and everyone decided to paint.

This is the one spot in our upstairs I almost wish could just be windows and no walls...but I am sure that would cost much more then we have to spend. But I love how you can see out from all around up at this spot. We came up here often enjoying the view before they put the walls up. I still enjoy going and looking out the window that we put right here. (That was one thing I said I really wanted was a window on this side of the house. I am glad I pushed for it and got it, it is beautiful.)

This is when I got the first type of splits, I am sure I can probably get them even better so my leg in the back doesn't have a bend...maybe I should work on it some more but for now I was glad I finally got where I could get all the way to the ground.

Closet walls gone, now we can walk right through where there were a couple of walls to get to the other side of the house. This is where the stairs are going to go to take us to the upstairs.

Co-op classes. The one above is science...I think this was physical science. Below was my storytelling class. This was a puppet show the kids did for each other.

Above is a camping trip at possum kingdom and below is us on Easter opening up our baskets.

Candle making

American Dolls from our amazing neighbors mother.

Preschool-playing with blocks.

Casa Manana Play
The upstairs is getting really close now.

Helping at the gardens to trim the Iris plants. This was a wonderful service project...I don't think there could be a more enjoyable service if you ask me.

Cute girl wearing one of my old dresses from when I was a little girl.
