Benson and Calvin were in Shrek the musical and Weatherford college together. Last year the other kids were in a play so they decided that they would try it out this year. Below is the wall we finished behind the pool. We had a neighborhood party at our house on Memorial Day, it was a good incentive to get the wall built. We got it built and the stepping stones in, we also planted plants all the way along it. I am really loving the difference it has made. Before it was just a muddy slope that was a puddle some of the time. (Now writing this we have gotten grass to grow and still have a number of flowers growing along the wall.) We also got the pool area looking nice. I like the pots with flowers by the pool, banana trees, and other flowers around. It is a joy to see it so nice, especially after putting so much work into it.

Mother's Day. I am a very blessed women to have these amazing children to love and to serve. I learn so much from them and am amazed at all of the good they do. They teach me a lot through their examples.
Botanical Gardens- They were beautiful and such an enjoyable activity. I love going to local gardens to see all of the plants that grow well in the area and to get insights to things to do in my own yard and to simply enjoy the beauty.
